Who we are

SD - Personal offers group fitness classes, and an AI text message assistant that answers customer questions about class schedules, pricing and general information. This policy covers that text messaging program and this website.

What is collected

• Your mobile phone number, and your name if you give it, when you sign up on this website.
• A record that you agreed to receive text messages, and when.
• The text messages you send, the replies sent to you, and the time of each.
• If you call the same number: a record that the call took place, its time, and a written transcript of all or part of the conversation. Call audio is not stored.

These web pages use no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.

How it is used

To send you the text message replies you asked for, to answer your questions, and to find and fix problems with the service. Earlier messages and calls from your number are used as context when the assistant writes a later reply. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

The assistant relies on a few service providers, and they are the only others that handle this information:

• Twilio, which carries the text messages and phone calls.
• OpenAI, whose AI models write the replies. It receives the content of your messages and, on a phone call, the call itself.
• The hosting company that runs the service and holds its database.

Each of them handles the information under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long it is kept

Messages and call transcripts are kept until they are deleted. You can ask for your records to be deleted at any time using the contact below. Twilio and OpenAI keep their own records for the periods set out in their policies.

Text messaging and your choices

You receive text messages only after you sign up and agree to them. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get no more texts unless you opt back in by texting START. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
